The Cary Pop Warner Online Administration System gives parents the ability to register for the 2007 season online. Parents can also purchase merchandise, make sponsorship donations, view password-protected team pages and check their family account.
Registration
Before you register, you should read our Frequently Asked Questions page.
Here are the steps you need to follow to register:
- Create Family Account
- Add Additional Guardian
- Add Participants to Family Account
- Register Participants
- Provide Payment
Create Family Account
Step 1: Creating a Family Account is easy! Simply click on the "My Account" link in the top right of the screen. This should be done by the primary guardian.

Step2: You don't have a username and password yet, so scroll down and click on "Create Account".

Step 3: Fill out this short account form. Required fields are marked with asterisks.

Step 4: After you fill out all the fields, click the "Save" button at the bottom.

Add Additional Guardian
Step 5: After creating your account, you now need to add the other guardian to the account. You can do this by clicking on the "New Guardian" button on the My Account page. Repeat the process of filling out this form completely and click the "Save" button at the bottom of the form.

Add Participants to Family Account
Step 6: Your family account is nearly complete. You now need to add your child(ren) to your account so that you can register them. From the "My Account" screen, click on the "Create New Person" button.

Step 7: Fill out the form for your child. Required fields are marked with an asterisk.

Step 8: When the person form is complete, click on the "Create New Person" button at the bottom.

Step 9: Repeat step 8 for each child you wish to register for Cary Pop Warner programs.
Register Participants
Step 10: Now it's time to register! Click on the "Register" button on the top left menu.

Step 11: Review all Cary Pop Warner programs and click on the program you would like to register for this year. In this example, we want to register for "Tackle Cheerleading".

Step 12: After selecting the program you want to register for, you will see program details. In this example, this will display details for Tackle Cheerleading. If your child meets the age (and weight for football) requirements, then click the "Add to Cart" button.

Step 13: Repeat steps 11-12 to add additional programs to your cart, corresponding to each child.
Step 14: You can see the contents of your cart by looking on the left column of the screen. Once you have added all the programs you want to register for in your cart, click the "Checkout" button.

Step 15: This will take you to Checkout Detail. You can see all programs you have registered for. You now need to select the child that you want to sign up for each selected program. To view the list of available people click on the drop box and then select your child.

In this example, you can see we selected Marilyn for Tackle Cheerleading. The participant status has changed to "Ready to Register". Click "Continue Registration" to complete registration process for this participant.

Step 16: You will be taken to the Participant Information screen where you must fill out more information about your participant. Required fields are marked with asterisks.

At the bottom of this form are three legal agreements you need to read and agree to. You will be asked to sign hardcopies of these agreements during the check-in session you attend in July.
The first agreement is the Medical Release. Click the "I agree" radio button.

The second agreement is the Parentall Consent Statement. Click the "I agree" radio button.

The last agreement is the Statement of Commitment. This presents all the facts about the Cary Pop Warner season that all parents need to understand, including number of practices each week, length of season, season schedule, post-season games, etc. Click the "I agree" radio button.

When you have completed the Participant form, click the "Continue" button at the bottom. If you have missed a field, the system will let you know.

Step 17: During online registration, you will have the option to pre-order the Cary Pop Warner Yearbook and possibly other merchandise. Simply select the amount wanted.
Provide Payment
Step 18: Once at checkout, you can see all the programs you have registered for, any pre-ordered merchandise and the total amount due. If you need to edit the contents of the cart, click on the "Edit Cart" button.

If everything looks okay, scroll down and enter your credit card information. This system is safe and secure, accepting, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

You can also pay by check if you desire, but payment must be received within 7 days or your registration will be removed from the system.

Once you select the "Pay by Credit Card" or the "Pay by Check" button, you will receive an email with a confirmation of your registration.
Congratulations! You are done!
Remember, you can access your Family Account 24 x 7 x 365 using your secure username and password. This includes access to their account status, registration placement, secure COPPA (Federal Child Online Privacy Protection Act)-compliant team pages, coaches' message boards, and more.
