Frequently Asked Questions
Question: Do you offer any type of financial assistance?
Answer: Yes. We have a formal scholarship policy to address situations where current family situations could result in a child not being able to participate due to an inability to pay the participation fees. Our standing policy is to "scholarship" all participants whose families qualify for free/reduced lunches in Wake County. We also have an "exemption" process for families that don't quality, but are experiencing a financial hardship that would prevent them from allowing their children to participate.
If either of these situations apply to you, when you get to the payment screen during the online registration process, please select "Pay by Check." Please send a copy of the approved Wake County Free or Reduced Lunch form or a short letter requesting an exemption in place of the check to: Cary Booster Club, PO Box 433, Cary, NC 27512, Attn: Scholarship Request. Someone will contact you upon receipt to confirm the scholarship. If you have any questions or would like to discuss the exception process with someone, please contact any member of the Board of Directors. Their contact information can be found on the "About CPW" page on the Cary Pop Warner Web site.
