Benefits of the Cary Pop Warner Online Administration System
Cary Pop Warner continues to improve and 2008 is no exception! We're pleased to provide online registration for the Fall 2008 season.
Here's just a few of the benefits that the new Cary Pop Warner Online Administration System will provide:
The new Cary Pop Warner online registration will be easy to use, safe and secure. Instead of standing in line, you'll be able to register online from home or work at your convenience. Parents can pay registration fees using your Visa/MasterCard/Discover credit card. Or, elect to pay by check, which must be received within 7 days. During online registration, parents will also be able to pre-order a variety of merchandise, such as a yearbook and custom CPW souvenir mini-helmets.
Parents will no longer have to contact coaches or CPW staff to learn about their children's rosters, game and practice schedules or payment status. They can access their family's specific information 24 x 7 x 365 via their "family account" using their secure username and password. This includes access to their account status, registration placement, secure COPPA (Federal Child Online Privacy Protection Act)-compliant team pages, coaches' message boards, email communications and more.
Parents have the ability to access COPPA-compliant Team Pages for each child placed on a roster. The Team Page allows parents to access a multitude of information relative to their particular team. Parents can email the coach or other team members. They can view or print the team roster and game schedule which includes online maps to field locations.
Team pages also include an electronic message board which is a great tool allowing coaches to post important team-specific news or events - or just to add a note of congratulations. Coaches or team parents will be able to upload a team or game-day photo, upload snack schedules, and email team members.
